Service Cancellations:

Dissatisfaction with Cleaning:

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will assess the concern and may offer a free re-clean, partial refund, or credit toward a future service, depending on the issue.

Access Issues:

If our cleaners are unable to access your property due to incorrect instructions, locked doors, or the absence of the client (when required), the appointment will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

Recurring Service Plans:

If you are on a recurring cleaning plan (weekly, bi-weekly, etc.), you must cancel at least 3 days in advance to avoid being charged for the upcoming visit.

Special Requests or Add-On Services:

Payments for deep cleaning or special add-ons are non-refundable once the service has been performed. Please ensure your requests are clear at the time of booking.
